GENERAL INFORMATION

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped from France.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, a
shipping confirmation email including tracking information will be sent.

Shipping is handled via UPS.

Complimentary shipping is offered on orders above €300.

For all orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the
sole responsibility of the customer. ISAN does not cover or manage these charges.

Due to limited fabric sourcing and controlled production, certain items may not be restocked once
sold out.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact ISAN at:

Return requests must be approved prior to shipment. Return instructions and the warehouse address will be provided after approval.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original packaging and tags

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ISAN does not offer exchanges. To obtain another item, the customer must return the original order
and place a new order.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected, without additional fees and within the maximum legal timeframe.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If an item presents a visible manufacturing defect, customers must contact ISAN within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon confirmation, ISAN will provide a replacement. In this case, ISAN will cover the return
shipping costs.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ISAN shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Delivery delays caused by carriers
• Customs delays
• Force majeure events
• Temporary unavailability of the website

ISAN’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Shipping costs are indicated at checkout. Currency conversion
may apply depending on the bank.

Payment
Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s encrypted system. Accepted methods include major
credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available secure payment solutions.
Installment payments may be offered depending on eligibility.

Product Availability
All pieces are subject to availability. Once sold out due to limited fabric quantities, items may not
be restocked.

Legal
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the
French courts.
